We know that our clients are busy and can’t commit to day-to-day involvement. That is why a project manager is assigned to coordinate with the team and to keep the stakeholders updated of the overall progress. The updates are usually sent on a weekly basis and sometimes on an ad-hoc basis too.
Similarly, the project development team follows our standard procedure of conducting daily scrum meetings and sprint retrospectives internally to ensure that the desired outcomes are being achieved.
We use state of the art project management software called “Flowlu” to carry out all our day-to-day tasks and manage the workflow. The client receives 24×7 access to their project via our client portal where they can track progress at any time.
In case the clients want hired developers to use their project management software, that is also acceptable as long as their software has essential tools to manage sprints and track issues.
Since most of our developers are already trained to work with popular PM tools such as Asana, Trello, and Jira, this helps to reduce the learning time required by the developers.
For most of the ongoing development projects, we use the Scrum framework for project management where activities are usually carried out over a 2-week sprint along with backlog management and evaluations to make the entire process super agile.
