What type of clients do you mostly work with?

Although we accept project requests from companies of all sizes from startups to large organizations, we mostly focus on working exclusively with independent and stable businesses that have recurring revenue from products or services and are committed to delivering value.

What does a typical project workflow looks like?

We make sure that every project we accept goes through an extensive discovery process first, which starts with our project application form, understanding the exact goals, defining the project plan, and estimating the resources and efforts to deliver that project as agreed.

A team lead is assigned to every project who specializes in setting up the foundation and from there leading his/her team to work with the client in order to successfully build and launch a full life-cycle project.

In short, we bring together our in-house team of experts to perform research, planning, development, and delivery of all projects and products from scratch.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept invoice payments via the following methods:

  • Bank Transfer (Local/International)
  • Cheque (Pakistan only)
  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa/MasterCard)
  • Payment Services: Payoneer/Xoom/Transferwise
How do you handle technical support during or after the project delivery?

When you sign a new project with us, we immediately setup a dedicated account for you on our self-service client portal from where you can submit support tickets, monitor progress, and provide feedback throughout the project workflow and afterward (if retainer).

For your ease, you can get in touch with your assigned project coordinator at any time via his/her work email regarding technical support for your project.

Please note that our response time is 1 working day although we usually respond in a few hours. All time-sensitive change requests must be made at least 2 days in advance to avoid any inconvenience.

Does SkyQuest provide post-delivery support and training?

Yes, of course!

While some companies might launch a project and then never turn back, this is absolutely not the way how we work.

At SkyQuest, one of our most important goals is to keep providing ongoing technical support (by offering retainer contracts) and training to keep a long-term relationship with all our clients.
